Manufactured in the UK, our UPVC products are crafted with a high-grade thermoplastic cap layer over a commercial-grade recycled base, ensuring excellent weatherability and a greener, recycled element.
Slip resistant and tested to HSE UKSRG (issue 4 2011) in the wet and dry. High impact thermoplastic gives your decking long lasting resilience that’s fire rated to BS476 Part 7 Class 1 for surface spread of flame. These high-quality, co-extruded profiles are easy to install, UV stable, and virtually maintenance-free.

Note:
Wood grain effect finishes such as green, grey, rustic oak and golden oak are all produced using the same type of outdoor grade technical plastic film as double glazed window frames. All polymer products are manufactured by PAL GROUP (operations) LIMITED under the controls of BS EN ISO9002 quality standard. A copy of our ISO certificate is available on request.
Recycling
Many of our products include a recycled element. Using polymer skinning technology, products can contain up to 70% recycled material.
Maintenance
All products are designed to require very little maintenance; polymer products can be cleaned with lightly soaped water and the occasional jet wash. Polymer products do not need painting, sanding or sealing.
Fire Safety
Polymers have been tested by Fire Technology Services (a UKAS accredited company) in accordance with BS 476: Part 7:1987 (Method for classification of the surface spread of flame of products). Our material, specifically rigid PVC exceeded and was certified to the requirements of BS 476: Part 7:1987 (as ammended) Class 1.
Warranty
100% polymer and steel products are covered by a 10 year limited warranty. Copies of these warranties are available on request.
